- Led scale-up effort to set up a R&D lab with 5 times the previous capacity:-identified equipment by doing feasibility studies and theory, charted daily flow of activities to maximize production efficiency, performed cost estimation and production analysis to determine production capabilities within a budget.
- Designed experiments to identify optimum process parameters to improve product quality by 98%.
- Identified and implemented process improvements for reducing process cycle time and maximizing yield:- eliminate bottlenecks, recycle un-dispersed graphene.
- Used statistical analysis and tools (Minitab) to do Gage R&R study.
- Wrote safe operating procedures for the pilot lab.
