$739 million Corp. Thin PE, Elastomeric, and HDPE films manufacturer for personal hygiene markets, baby diapers, feminine care, protective films for LCD TV’s and LED films, and packaging films products.

Plant Site Manager – Lake Zurich, IL

Responsible for a non-union plant site of two production buildings and 12 production lines, 10 direct reports and 145 total employees, with 45-50 million pounds output for $120 million in annual sales revenue. Responsible for $25 million plant budget and $3 million capital budgets. Member of division business teams for Personal Care, LCD surface protection, and Packaging Film markets. Plant processes include thin films extrusions, cast, laminations, clean rooms (ISO level 8), blown films, and TDO of films.

Responsible for seven day per week non-union operation for manufacture of ceramic molds using automated robotic and drying operations. Responsible for production output (takt time) and standard work, expense costs, quality, scrap reductions, and on time delivery.

Support launch of new 9H cast parts for General Electric’s newest Industrial Turbine Gas Generators.

Leader of Inclusion Scrap Reduction team with $62,200 monthly scrap savings.

GBS CORP. 1 /2004 – 8 /2005

$95 million ESOP company with manufacturing, sales, and distribution of custom label products, commercial print, business forms, and file folders. Label sales at $15.3 million annually.

Plant Manager - Stow, OH

Responsible for three shift converting and printing plant for custom label and tag markets. Responsible for plant P & L and plant sales growth. Responsible for 55 plant employees, 7 production presses, purchasing, customer service, art & pre-press, and estimating & tooling areas.

Plant sales increased 11% to $5.2 million in 2004, and increased 29% to $6.7 million in 2005.

Profit improved by $529,000 in 2004 versus 2003 and improved by $178,000 in 2005.

New 20" Mark Andy 4150 press ($400 K) was justified, procured, and installed by August, 2005 to support new GM label business, which was additional $1.4 million in annual revenues.

Coating and Maintenance Manager - Stow, OH

Managed 3 shift Coating and Compounding unionized operation of 52 employees and Maintenance department of 18 employees. Responsible for budgets and all department objectives.

Reduced coating setup and changeover times by 40% in 2003. Coating Efficiency 6 Sigma project.

Reduced Maintenance plant costs by $850K in 2003.

Implemented $520 K capital project to upgrade Coating Line H drive controls and motors.
