Attended Welding and fabrication classes from 2000-2004. Subjects studied where basic metallurgy,Stick welding, MIG welding, Tig welding. Cutting using Plasma process and Oxy/acetylene processes. Basic blue print reading and over 1400 hours logged welding practice. Graduated top of class with a structural certification and top 3% in the state for Senior welding tests given by the American Welding Society in 12th grade.;
Work Experience
Jm Trailer Repair, Welder/Mechanic ( Aug . 2007 - Nov . 2008)
Repair and maintain tractor trailers for car hauling companies. Weld cracks and replace steel components as necessary to repair trailers correctly to DOT standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment and keep regular maintenance on tools. Quite and Bill customers for repairs and materials used.
Eastern Construction And Electrical, Pipe welder ( Dec . 2006 - Jul . 2007)
Welding on High Pressure High Temp underground steam line. All welds 100% X-Ray.6010 root 7018 hot and cover. Maintain correct incline and decline of placed pipes according to blue print specifications. Hydro testing of completed project and inspection of all welds. Welding of Trench boxes in trench to assure a safe work environment for workers working on the pipe line.

Welding on shut down job for improvements to shingle company. Welding steel pipe on ground and elevating to ceiling to place into position to supply new equipment with fresh water. Basic rigging and pipe fitting also learned on job site.

Achievements
» Tought the first ever welding school in Afghanistan in the first ever trade school for locals wonting to learn trades.The class consisted of 10 locals ranging from ages 14-45.The subject of study was stick welding using equipment purchased from the local community. The students attended this school for 2 months and where given certificates after completing welding tests basic on what the learned in class.
