Crossroad Mobile, LLC – Accountant - 9/06 to June 30, 2009

· Crossroad Mobile purchased Bluestreak Media effective 9/1/06. Current responsibilities include all financial, payroll, human resources, office, and administrative responsibilities, for Crossroad Mobile, LLC.

Bluestreak Media, Inc., Dallas, Texas – Accounting/Administration Manager – (Sold to Crossroad) 3/02 to 9/06

· Administer Human Resources through ADP TotalSource, including payroll processing and benefit administration and new hire orientations.

· Analyze and prepare recommendations of benefit plans for annual renewals. Recommended change to a new payroll administration company resulting in savings of approximately $30,000.00 per year.

· Assist in cash flow management including analysis of accounts payable and cash collections.

· Review customer contracts and prepare monthly billings. Handle customer inquiries and discrepancies.

Corporate Human Resource Manager-Compensation and Benefits - 7/97 to 3/02

· Processed payroll for two subsidiaries and a parent company operating in 10 states using ADP. Conducted new hire orientations and termination exit interviews for all employees of three separate Corporations. Administration of group benefits with five different vendors including the preparation of census data, plan designs, problem resolution on employees’ behalf, HIPPA certificate preparation, and COBRA administration.

· Administered the 401K programs with an outside administrator. Performed annual testing, reporting, and review of the annual 5500 annual filing.

· Coordinated the Employee Stock Purchase Plan with the outside transfer agent, including maintaining the option database. Proposed change of carriers due to unresponsiveness, and poor customer service, put the plan out for bids, recapped charges and proposed change to CFO. The transition was transparent to employees, and the company saved approximately $6,000 per year in administration expenses.

· Managed all risk management policies including company liability, workers’ compensation, employer’s liability, electronic equipment, and D&O insurance. Work with broker to maximize the protection for the Company while minimizing cost.

· Record all month end journal entries for payroll and insurance information into general ledger and prepare related account reconciliations. Worked with outside auditors on a quarterly and annual basis pertaining to payroll, benefits and fixed assets.

· Fixed asset management including maintenance of sub-ledgers and physical inventories.
