CURRENT JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Managing the business & technical sales team (sales & services employees) in the region according to organization directions & delivering effective product knowledge & services to internal & external customers in order to exploit the maximum potential & efficacy of the products, values & people.

2. Coaching, training and guiding of the team with world class Pioneer standards to deliver the values and get targeted results in any business environment.

3. To make product & revenue based business plans in the region keeping in view specific opportunities & challenges in a particular year.

4. Development and execution of aggressive strategic sales plans targeted at expanding the corn and non corn overall business in the region. Coordinated implementation of sales plans to increase profitability and increase market share.

5. Enhanced effectiveness (profitability and market share) of market segment through creative approaches using customer suggestions, business partnerships, trend analysis observation and competitor analysis.

6. Implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity in sales and services to get the maximum coverage and penetration in to the end users.

7. Provision of guidance and support, organized technical trainings for sales and services staff to keep leadership in the market place.

• Improvement and innovation to increase the yield levels of 40 corn farmers up to 5 % in both spring and autumn seasons in the business region. 40 farmers in the region were selected for this project, they were guided for soil analyses, right product selection at right planting time & best crop management practices for desired results. The outcome was minimum 5% yield increase of every focused farmer in this project.

• 300 times productivity improvement in sales & services within 3 years.

• 500 times increase in POS in existing sales structures.

• 200% coverage and penetration improvement in farmer services through services structure.

• 500 times business growth in Corn Silage business in the region. Introduced 3 stakeholders in packed/baled Silage business.

• Strived to make 2nd biggest revenue generation region in Pioneer Pakistan from 4th number in Corn products business.

• Leader in Non Corn products (Millet, Mustard & Rice) business and revenue generation at Pioneer Pakistan.

2. Collected the ever highest advance booking & achieved the highest sales volumes in Sahiwal Territory in the history of Pioneer business & got best performance award as an individual contributor (DSA) in 2008.
