Prestige Display and Packaging : Quality Assurance Manager –
As Quality Manager, I was responsible for a 2 shift Quality Assurance department as well as a 1 shift off site location. At the Display location, I was responsible to see that all in process and finished product met specification requirements. At the contract packing facility, I was responsible all aspects of the maintaining a FDA registered and GMP compliant facility. I was responsible for the written specifications, training, audits, and providing product certification to our customers.
Precision Packaging and Services : Quality Assurance Manager –
As Quality Assurance Manager, I was responsible for an analytical and wet chemistry laboratory, all specification and written procedures, FDA registration and regulatory compliance, internal and external audit to meet both customer requirements and FDA regulations.

Quality Assurance Technician 1971-1975
As a Quality assurance technician I was responsible to performing daily checks for all aspects of the printing and converting operation.
R&D Technician 1975-1982
As an R&D Technician I had the opportunity to work on improving existing products as well as new product development. I was responsible for writing and maintaining all technical specifications. In 1985, I computerized all technical specifications.
Graphic Manager 1982-1986
As Graphic Manager I was responsible for all aspects of the Graphic department. My duties included working with customers in the development of artwork for rotogravure and flexographic printing. My duties included writing design specifications, purchasing and approving billing for cylinder bases, engravings, and flexo plates.
Project Engineer 1986-1989
As a Project Engineer I continued to work on product development as well as doing field service work. I worked with our customers to qualify new products on their production equipment. I worked on a special assignment for the acquisition of a new printing press. I was responsible for working with the machine manufacturer to define our production needs and run trials to verify equipment’s capability and make recommendations to management for the equipment that best met the production objectives.
Quality Assurance Manager 1992-1993
As a Quality Assurance Manager, my responsibilities were to manage a 3 shift Quality Assurance department. I was responsible for writing, training, and implementing testing procedures. I Brought computer automation to the Q,A,, Lab to streamline record keeping and facilitate a product certification program. Performed instrument calibration and certification for traceability on a variety of laboratory equipment. Implemented GMP procedures to meet FDA requirements for the manufacture of medical devices.
Operating Manager 1993-1997
As Operating Manager my responsibilities were to supervise/manage the extrusion department, finishing department and all aspects of the medical device manufacturing (including the Q.A. functions.)
