As Director of Operations and Chief Pilot, I worked closely with the FAA inspectors in charge of overseeing our operation as well as conducted flight checks as a FAA designated check airman. I flew as a Line Captain, hired and trained pilots, worked with management and between departments, wrote and updated our operations and training manuals, scheduled pilot for duty and worked closely with our maintenance department to schedule maintenance and resolve discrepancies.

I scheduled flights, conducted flight planning and helped our clients increase productivity.
