As Administrator Manager, my job entailed reviewing all cases in Scopus, entering data into Scopus, review all technicians’ workload then assign work, I assigned all IP addresses on the base, entering all new information and updates into Filmmaker pro and then researched for new IP address and input into another database. I entered all changes into Securenet, also trained to help the Customer Support Center with trouble calls, helped solve customer problems over phone when I could otherwise I put into the database and assigned to a technician, handled purchasing for Customer Support Center to ensure timely acquisition of high priority items. Responsible for the company’s credit card. (Our contract ended with the prime contractor, we were all laid off)
Procurement Officer February 2001 to May 2001
I handle all contractual procurements. I reviewed all purchase requests for correct approvals, complete information on items being purchased and justification for requests. I entered all purchase orders into our JAMIS accounting system. Was issued a company credit card with a $5,000 limit. I also still performed duties described below helping the HR Manager and accounting.
Responsible for warehouse inventory, preparing essential reports utilizing the property and the material databases. I also received, issued, and did inventory for the warehouse. I interfaced with all levels of personnel. (Our contract ended with the government and we were sub-contracted under another contractor and there was no longer a need for full time purchasing so I was re-assigned.)

Tracked all contract deliverables (CDRLs) on all Task Orders and informed all Task Order Leads (TOLs) of due dates. Prepared Letters of Transmittal, Level of Effort reports, distributed all modifications, and ensured accuracy when funding was involved. Prepared Work Authorizations on sub-contractors tracked and submitted 75% Completion letters to the Government. I handled all contractual procurements. I reviewed all purchase requests for correct approvals, complete information on items being purchased and justification for requests. I entered all purchase orders into our JAMIS accounting system.
Cross-trained to back up human resource and accounting. Checked to ensure reports matched what was spent on each contract, purchase, etc., ran reports and distributed to appropriate people. Assisted in the HR Manager, which included preparing and processing new employee paperwork, administering companies benefits, setting up new employees files, preparing and processing badge requests, proofing employment ads and placing ads in newspapers, processing terminated employees paperwork, filling out OSHA forms, inputting user form and DISCO form 562 in ESPQ, I received, issued, and did inventory for the warehouse. I handle all timecards checking for correct hours, signatures, vacation requests, and overtimes requests then enter all into Access when our HR Manager was out. I followed up with the direct staff to make sure they have fulfilled their security requirements. I also prepared and processed travel request, rental car reservations, hotel reservations, checking timecards, and inputting timecards into our system. I also have the ability to maintain confidentiality of data and work independently. I have had several multiple tasks with critical deadlines that I have met.

Managed all aspects of procurement contract for office equipment, electronic systems and a variety of other equipment ranging from $25,000 to $1 million. Assisted customers with statements of work (SOWs) specifications, writing justifications and approvals, and determinations and findings. Advertised contract packages to industry, issued and compiled solicitations, evaluated proposals, performed cost/price analysis, conducted and participated in negotiations, and reviewed data from auditors and technical specialists to recommend cost and profit terms.
