GAZEBO/CITY GRILL RESTAURANT
I started working as a busser; and my job was to pick up dishes,
clean up tables, serve beverages, fold napkins, polish utensils,
set up tables, and keep the restaurant floor clean.
After working four months, I was promoted as a server.
ROOM SERVICE DEPARTMENT
As a room server, my job was to set up tables, trays, deliver
orders to the guest rooms, prepare butter, cut lemmons, make
coffee, and keep the room service area clean and well organized.
I Sometimes answered the phone take orders, open the checks,
prepare trays or tables, deliver food, and close checks.
CATERING
When I served parties outside the hotel, I carried
all the equipments: shafing dishes, silverware, water
and soda glasses, coffee cups, napkins, and make sure food
and beverages were perfectly fine.
BANQUET DEPARTMENT
I worked as a banquet server, I set up tables, carry food to
certain stations, serve salad, main course, pick up the dirty
dishes, clean up tables, and then take dishes to the dishroom.
