Managing Ammonia Refrigeration System, CAPP and Energy Conservation Programs. Responsible for training employees on repairs of production line equipment and conveyor systems. Training results improved downtime from 30% to 12%.

Assisting with boiler procedures for blow downs, water testing and chemical feed adjustments for passing boiler inspections.

Training and assisting with repairs, installation and service of HVAC equipment, ammonia evaporators and swamp coolers.

Trained the emergency response team, completed Incident Commander Class while being an emergency responder.

Instructed and Trained all Contractors & employees on numerous Safety programs.

Support and participate in PSM /RMP and CAPP as well as audits conducted by other Regulatory Agencies.

In 2008 assisted in the installation of Ben and Jerry’s new ice cream line saving 6 million in transportation costs immediately
