• Design History File was prepared for the proposed skin graft.

• Review of paper “Kim SE, Park JH, Cho YW, Chung H, Jeong SY, Lee EB, and Kwon IC. 2003 Porous chitosan scaffold containing microspheres loaded with transforming growth factor-[beta] 1: implications for cartilage tissue engineering. Journal of controlled release 91(3):365-374.”

• New therapy was proposed for treatment of cartilage that includes the MSC can be seeded by dynamic methods on chitosan-based hydrogels for treatment of cartilage defects. These scaffolds can be loaded with microspheres loaded with TGF.

“Construction of networks with different neurons and study the effect on spike generation.”

• Network of five cells, one artificial and four conductance based neurons, was constructed using Neuron Software.

• Effects of cell properties and type of signal on signal propagation/ spike generation.
