Achievements: Converted the 3 largest accounts in my territory in the 1st 180 days of employment representing 3 million dollars in new annual revenue. This was a

1000% increase mix of capital equipment, CT Scanners, Digital Xray Units, CR, DR

viewing hardware, medical monitors, and software: PACS, RIS, Electronic Medical Records, and consumables from Kodak, GE, Siemens, Bayer, Covidien, Konica, Agfa, Fuji and many other major corporations. Owner, Administrator: From concept to completion: I wrote the business plan, acquired financing, and managed the entire project of design, construction and opening of a 1.8 million dollar state of the art physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy clinic to serve the medical needs of the areas communities. I managed all phases of the business and it’s 78 employees. I was personally responsible for hiring and managing all staff and all HR services, as well as overseeing payroll and benefits, accounts payable and receivables. I designed all print, radio, and TV advertising which won several local awards. I maintained a very profitable clinic year after year. It remains the areas premier PT, OT, and Speech provider in the Wilson area. Built the areas 1st indoor Aquatics Therapy center adding hundreds of new referrals monthly and a large new revenue stream with a

40% profit margin.

Responsibilities: Developed interest and fostered relationships with key physicians, surgeons and allied health professionals in eastern NC hospitals, orthopedic practices and neurosurgical clinics leading to 31 successful long term contracts providing PT, OT, and Speech therapy services and contract staff. I founded CRW Inc. as a clinical training site for allied health students from Duke, ECU, UNC and Bowman Grey. Built core business by educating the area business leaders and plant and factory managers of the benefit of using our services, often tailoring the

service to specific needs of the manufacturer or job site. Our “work hardening”

programs reduced work site injuries by an average of 60%, and made a 50% profit.
