. Supervised/Managed Asbestos Inspections for SPLC GOM Region states
involved Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi and Louisiana. This

. Developed, implemented, and rolled out Roles and Expectations for
Pipeline Health & Safety Inspectors. This program was adopted by Shell
Oil Products Pipeline to define and improve health & safety best
practices.
. Team member of the Pipeline Safety Council that established a health &
safety training matrix to identify OSHA mandated and company critical
training requirements. The results of the training matrix streamlined
individual required training curriculums, increasing productivity by
reducing excess training hours and associated costs.
. Served as member of the Regional Audit team to perform audits verifying
the effectiveness and compliance with health & safety standards and
management systems. The audit results provided operations management
with noted findings along with recommendations to reduce potential for
personnel injuries, facility incidents, and regulatory agency citations.
. Spearheaded Behavior-Based Safety initiative working with operations
personnel to identify and correct at-risk behaviors in the workplace.
