• Daily receipt Material’s incoming per P.O. & physical check per packing list.
• Daily issue, outgoing materials from the stores & preparing issue slip.
• Maintaining Bin & Carding system in excel sheet.
• Inspection & stacking of materials as per suitable location.
• Physical verification / inventory & identification of material on receiving and issue of material.
• Every day cycle count of the material as per the sheet receiving by base office.
• Liaising with base for the materials required by rig and prepares MERS (material requisitions).
• Adherence to the company’s HSE Policy.
