EMPLOYMENT
Property Manager
Oversee the day-to-day operational responsibilities of a 1050 apartment home community, including, resident relations, maintenance department practices, vendor relations, marketing, leasing, financials, customer service and staff management of 20+ employees. Help develop, plan and implement the budget, to include charting the overall financial performance of the property. Monthly auditing to ensure compliance.
Assistant Manager/Community Bookkeeper
Responsibilities included the collection of rent; handling all legal actions (including evictions); assisting previous, present and future residents with concerns, accounts payable/receivables, and other special projects as assigned.
Leasing Professional
Handled leasing, marketing, sales, customer service and administrative responsibilities. Handled outreach, prospecting and lead generation, with a focus on converting leads into sales. Process applications and lease renewals. Handled administrative functions, to include clerical and reception responsibilities. Coordinate work orders with the maintenance department.
