As a HVAC technician performed preventive maintenance duties, inspected and cleaned HVAC units to ensure proper function. My duties included repairing/replacing freon leaks, compressors, inside blower, outside fan motors, troubleshooting for electrical malfunctions, inspecting and replacing relays, capacitors and circuit boards.

As Maintenance Engineer, I performed a variety of functions such as demolition and framing of walls. Plumbing tasks such as uncloak pipes, replacing faucets and toilets. Observed inspection structure for obstructions to be avoided to prevent weakening of structure after installation of the pipe. Located and marked position of pipe. Filled pipe system with water, air, and pressure gauges to determine system leakage. Wrote cuttings list that specified sizes and quantity of copper pipe to be cut by plumber installer. Marked locations and bore holes in floor joists for pipes, using tape measure, template and power augur. Selecting and using solder paste and torch, to form sewer, drain and water lines. Squared tubing projecting through floor to ensure snug fit of fixtures, using square, wedges and hammer.
