mechanical contractor, the electrical contractor, and the coating contractor for an
expansion project in a natural gas cryogenic plant. Accountability included managing
a team of third party inspectors. Directing and prioritizing contractor activity focusing on
safety, performance, and ensuring compliance with contract documents. The work included setting two natural gas compressors in the plant and two on the upstream side of the plant, reworking the propane system in the plant, set two traps/pig launchers, hydro testing the low pressure pipeline to verify it could handle the pressures of the new compressors. Locate the leaks in the pipeline then excavated and replaced 3500’ defected pipe. Dealt directly with the land owner. Interpretation of API 1104 and ASME B31.3 latest revision, NACE, SSPC coating codes, scope of work specifications, procurement, and necessary documentation for the turn over packages for three different AFE’s.
