• Designed rack layout for installation of racking throughout the 224,000 sq. ft. facility.

• Key measurables included Cost, Scrap, Safety, Quality, On Time Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity.

• Improved productivity efficiency in warehouse by implementing Lean Manufacturing Kaizan principles.
