Primary in test lab qualifications activities including all Electrical (EMI, Power, ESD, etc) and Environmental (Temperature, Altitude, Decompression, Vibration, Crash safety, etc) testing in DO-160D-F, and MIL-462, as well as testing specific to Boeing and Airbus installations. / Developed electrical and mechanical design improvements / Developed new test strategies

Worked closely with lead Engineers during development of new designs / Responsible for test procedure and fixture definition, and production test for our in-flight products. Devices included MPEG Encoders/Decoders, DVD players, Moving Map Servers, A/V on Demand Servers, Displays, Passenger Control Units, etc. All part of network based systems designed for Lufthansa aircraft.
