Ensure all the activities are up to the mark from grass root level to the pack-up of the activation, including purchase and management of inventory

Monitor market trends and track market movements, status on other competitor's activities /events in the market and giving feedbacks on new work style and technologies

Maintaining integrity and ensuring the implementation of the formats and guidelines of the organization among the team
