A total of 16 years cumulative experience in the field of inspection, maintenance, material inventory/verification, testing and engineering works involving piping, fasteners, structural, tanks, vessels, overhead crane for turbine hall and conveyors intended for power plants, desalination plants, refineries, pipelines and cement plant. Witness Electrical test, cable dimensional check at manufacturer plant per client spec. Duties include but not limited to supervision, coordination, inspection, maintenance work, collation of quality related documents, materials and report verification, planning, monitoring scheduling and performing of quality related activities. Perform fit-up, welding visual inspection, material verification, dimensional control, radiographic film interpretation and punch listing per project drawing requirement. Witness Welder’s Qualification Test, hydro testing and in process NDT activities. Monitor the inspection and construction activities to ensure compliance of all QC procedural requirements. Performed pump alignment on pipeline substations. Co-ordinate with contractor, owner and certifying body personnel on all quality related matter. Generate inspection reports as required. Familiar with various codes and standards such as ASME, ANSI, AWS and API, including ASME B31.3 for piping requirements and ASME Section VIII pressure vessel requirements. Performed material receiving inspection in compliance with PED Standard.
