GOALS: It is my goal to work as a teacher, helping people explore the language of line and color in order to express themselves.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

I have worked extensively as a substitute teacher in the Eugene 4J system in elementary, middle and high school, especially in Art and Language Arts classes.

I have worked as a volunteer teacher in the Art classrooms in a variety of classroom settings

I have designed and implemented Private Art Lessons and Workshops for children and adults.

My Education Master’s Thesis was on the Importance of Teaching Art in Our Schools and the research was the success of teaching social skills to students with autism through art projects.

As an Architectural Designer I developed the ability to plan and implement art projects from inception to construction completion. While working as a Designer and Construction Project Manager, I developed my abilities to work with people and to look at all facets of a problem in order to make a appropriate and positive decisions.

I have traveled extensively in United States, Europe and Mexico. I lived in Rome, Italy for 4 months while studying Architecture and traveling throughout Italy.

AMERICAN FRIENDS SERVICE COMMITTEE-Raised $5000 for a medical clinic in Haiti, designed a set of note cards and a Christmas cared for AFSC.
