• New Products Manager (2003-2007) Annually introduced 3-4 new product offerings to the medical industry and packaging markets to increase sales. Added recycling opportunities with existing and new accounts to expand business. At larger accounts we increased profit margins from 15% to 30% by focusing on specialty niches and value added products.
• National Sales Manager (1997-2003) Managed staff of seven with $6 M in annual sales. Realigned existing product lines to focus on high margin products. Responsible for establishing quarterly and annual forecasts, setting salaries, bonuses, expenses, educating and motivating staff, and directing show attendance.
• Account Manager (1996 -1997) Opened new territory (Ohio and Eastern US) for regional Midwestern company selling PVC vinyl films. Increased sales with existing customers and prospected new accounts through telemarketing, site visits, trade show marketing and product sampling in a $500,000 territory. Developed business plans through market research to redirect the focus of our existing Graphic Arts business.
