Managed the planning, construction and personnel relocations, based on company standards, for 1.2 MSF of company-owned and leased office space in the greater metro Atlanta area. Hired architects and designers and coordinated mechanical, electrical, voice and data, construction, moving and installation crews. Required extensive planning, budgeting and scheduling, interface with executives and managers, procurement of FF&E and utilization of existing furniture inventory.
