Provided full design services and relocation coordination for the 200,000 SF corporate headquarters of the RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company and the 150,000 SF Planters/ Lifesavers Company. Project directives required consolidation personnel in leased locations to the company-owned headquarters building utilizing existing systems furniture.

AT&T Corporate Real Estate - Atlanta, GA
Managed the planning, construction and personnel relocations, based on company standards, for 1.2 MSF of company-owned and leased office space in the greater metro Atlanta area. Hired architects and designers and coordinated mechanical, electrical, voice and data, construction, moving and installation crews. Required extensive planning, budgeting and scheduling, interface with executives and managers, procurement of FF&E and utilization of existing furniture inventory.
