- Evaluate and develop a new process for in House Brazing

- Goal is to increase production and quality of the brazed parts while mataining all safety requirements

- Ensure that a very stable process can be developed to meet or exceed customer requirements

- Adhere to the company’s policy of ISO9002, QS9000, ISO/TS16949:2002 for 100% of customer satisfaction and on time delivery - at the same time reduce cost per part to manufacturer

- Design, develop and put forth a process for the basic requirements of brazing on a six up part fixture in order to reduce present process time, while removing the use of combustionable gases, caustic fumes, and operator “hand intervention” of brazing

- Introduce new ways to better service the customer requirements

- Program in Mastercam Level III for solid and HSMWorks 5-Axis programming for SolidWorks for their Mori-Seki HMC 2 Pallet machine.

- Involved directly with production to meet their demanding schedule of cost effectiveness and cycle time reduction, along with machine spindle up time, fixture design, and new tooling implementation.

- Primary point-of-contact within professional services for all project related activities.

- Ultimately responsible for ensuring successful implementation for fiscal and financial quotas.

- Responsible for resource management, cost management, time management scheduling and tracking of on site progress and vendor support using Microsoft Project and Mac software.
