• Implemented, administered, and maintained MLH Kronos time and attendance system including the coordination of system access and authority rights for 9,000 employees, 500 managers/timekeepers and 130 badge readers.

• Maintained and updated system configuration to reflect MLH pay policies and procedures.

• Maintained system security through implementation of access authority procedures.

• Conducted major company wide Kronos departmental audits periodically, on a random basis, to ensure all Timekeeping Policies were being properly followed.

• Supported managers, timekeepers, employees and the badge readers for the time and attendance records.

• Served as the liaison to Human Resources, Payroll and Security to ensure new hire process completed timely and accurately.

• Ensured bi-directional interface data flow is accurate between KRONOS time and attendance system, PeopleSoft payroll system, and One-Staff scheduling system.
