• I enhance productivity through time motion study by design.
• I analyze spoilage, Machine & Mould break down time, man power utilization .Prepare plan for Improvement and work on the plan.

• Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance regularly.
• Share Mold change plan with shift-in-charge for all m/c to reduce mold change over time.

• Morning meeting with floor supervisors on loss of production , down time, m/c problem

• I Responsible for operating samples on machines, process parameter sheet, PIS, shade card, defect & block cavity samples.
• I ensure smooth running of auxiliary equipments like grinder, chiller, cooling tower, material conveying system.
• I provide on job training to all shift persons on set up, trouble shooting, product handling, finishing & hygienic practices.
• I follow shift handover process & carry out instruction by seniors.
• I Responsible for quick information in case of any major breakdown, damage or accidents in terms of man, machine or mould.

• I conduct trial of mould raw material, Mater Batch with requisite processor & fill process parameters/trial report.

Purchase Vendor Development Job Responsibility:
• Outsourcing process with best quality & price
• Responsible for inflow of raw material to the company
• Receiving the purchase indent given by the Production Department
• Offering the material requirement to the vendors
• Receiving the quotation back from those vendors
• Making a comparison chart
• Negotiation with the suppliers
• Placing the order for “Least and Best” ( Rate & Quality Wise ) among those vendors
• follow up with the suppliers for ordered materials to be received within the actual
Delivery schedule
• Proper filing of all the documents
• Responsible for inflow of raw material and BOP to the company
• Releasing the Purchase Order and Purchase Schedule to the suppliers
• Follow up with the suppliers based on the Purchase schedule
• Getting the materials on time and ensure No line stoppage
