Personal Profile
Skills:
• I am an independent, self-motivated individual who takes initiative. I have strong organizational and planning skills. I also have experience in filing and handling paperwork.
Accomplishments:
• 2007, started a Big Sister, Little Sister program. 40 girls participated. I paired them up and encouraged them to meet and/or talk weekly. I organized monthly events where we all got together and spent time with just girls. This continued my last two years of high school and was then passed on. The program still continues at my home church today.
• 2008, Volunteer Girls State representative of Dickson County
• 2009, Youth Leadership Dickson County program. Organized a school-wide lock-in to raise money for a leadership camp that we held. Appointed event coordinator. I planned this, obtained chaperones, organized food and planned activities for the night. Between 150-200 students attended and we raised enough money to host the leadership camp. It was definitely a successful event, one that had never happened at the school before.
