Planned and implemented mentoring program with the assistance of guidance counselors from local high schools. I prepared necessary documentation for accountability purposes to immediate supervisor.

Planned and administered overall activity therapy programming affecting Mental Health inmates confined in the Residential Treatment Unit. Supervised activity therapy staff and related programming. I was responsible for the management of recreation budget for the purchase of equipment and supplies. Prepared monthly reports and progress note denoting participation of inmates housed in the unit. Was an active member of the inter-disciplinary treatment team whose primary function was to monitor the behavior of inmates and assigned them to the appropriate level for treatment.
