Ambulatory/Beacon, Support (Consultant)

Rheumatology, Pulmonary, Family Practice and Pediatrics were directed to their schedule to access the Encounter in the documentation of the patient’s office visits during go-live support.


Inpatient, Epic Trainer (Consultant)

Rapidly trained over 7000 clinicians at seven hospitals in the Virginia Beach area on Epic Care Inpatient Clinical Documentation, ASAP, CPOE and Ambulatory modules.

At launch of full-implementation (EpicCare), communicated effectively with client or department heads to ascertain and define needs or problem areas and workflows to determine scope of investigation required to obtain solutions.

Responded to Epic’s technical questions along with training the trainers.

Financial Trainer (Consultant)

Deliver Siebel CRM training in conjunction with the sales training strategy and curriculum as it relates to technology, product, and disease state knowledge of all field sales of Pharmaceuticals at major sites nationwide (Dallas, Chicago, Pittsburg, Los Angeles, Orlando and Jacksonville, Florida).


EHR Training Coordinator (Consultant)

The initial foundation of the worldwide EHR implementation of the Composite Health Care System II (CHCS II) for Clinical Information Technology Program Office (CITPO) of the military health systems TRICARE Management Agency. Travel to military medical treatment facilities (MTFs) world-wide to manage EHR ambulatory training in clinics for all military service medical staff.

Key Results:

Subject Matter Expert in CHCS II / Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application (AHLTA) to recommend best practices for hospitals to document patient EMR to Base Command and IT Department.

Over the shoulder template building with providers when documenting notes for common diagnosis.

Instructed the US Air Force on the release of Defense Messaging System 3.0 client to provide the security functionality required to send sensitive material through email using a secure user interface
