Complete management of $10 million budget for a Fiber to the Home (FTTH) independent service operator performing: Conduit Layout, Fiber Design, Construction Project Setup, Vendor Selection, Capital Budgeting, P&L, Purchasing, Contract Negotiations, Contractor Selection, Construction Management, Material Tracking and Hiring. Worked on several Greenfield projects located throughout the United States providing RF & IP based digital video content, high-speed internet, voice (VoIP) and alarm monitoring services. Management, design and installation of Central Office facilities in Dayton, NV and Eagle Mountain, Utah, including all racking, wiring and interconnect of equipment, DC powering system to provide backup electrical service for 99.99% up time and bach-up generation system. Responsible for management of design and drafting department for all conduit & fiber system network, fiber optic matrix cut-sheets and all aspects of construction using the latest fiber Passive Optical Network (PON) activation/testing technology, fiber splicing and implementation. Responsible for complete project management of building fiber network monitoring and maintenance of 2 HFC systems, managed over 20 people at anytime from internal hires to Subcontractors onsite. Field Operations Manager

Complete management of Design, Setup, Budgeting, Purchasing, Construction, Tracking, Installation and Quality Control in one of the largest Greenfield Fiber-To-The-Home projects in South Florida, providing RF video, IP video, voice, high-speed internet, telephony and alarm monitoring services designed fiber to curb for residential and commercial circuits as well as HFC design. Responsible for all SRO outages maintenance documentation and recovery, worked with broadband distribution systems in LAN, WAN, HFC, Microwave and built Fiber Rings. Principle in consulting with builders and developers to insure their construction practices will meet future technological changes for residential and business customers. Directly responsible for all system maintenance scheduling to ensure minimal disruption to the QOS for our subscribers, I was also directly responsible for the purchase and price negotiation of construction materials with national vendors. Responsible for design and drafting of conduit/microduct system, fiber optic system matrix cut-sheets and all aspects of construction using the latest blown fiber technology, fiber splicing and testing, Passive Optical Network (PON) activation/testing and installation of Network Interface Devices (NID) providing High-Speed Data, Switched Digital Video using IP addressable converters and Telephony service. Project Manager

Setup and management of 870 MHz Hybrid Fiber-Coax (HFC) sweep projects in Hampton VA and Denver CO, including ingress suppression, ordering and management of materials and quality control, certifications and documentation. Meeting with customer on construction project plans and projected completion dates. Controlled all aspects of tracking asbuilts, materials, manpower and documentation to ensure projected completion dates were met. I aided Comcast with the management of 400-mile extension project in Northern Vermont, including pole applications, utility ride-out, railroad and highway permitting, quality control of RF and fiber design. Setup of project schedule to meet customers and state mandated deadline for construction. Work closely with utility companies to ensure timely completion of make-ready requirements, had the responsibility of material management for all contractor requests, including inventory and reconciliation of contractor warehouses. Management and training of fifty-four (54) people for cable rebuild project, including in-home installation, single port interdiction units, bonding specifications, Cumulative Leakage Index testing, troubleshooting and repair. I assisted in increasing division revenue by 40%, directly involved in writing and job costing work proposals to customer. Management and training of quality control staff full warehouse management to ensure adequate materials on hand to complete assigned work for our customers.
