• Three years of manufacturing experience on the floor working in various engineering and supervisory roles.
• Supervised Launch Process Engineering Team, Process Technicians and Mold Changers.
• Initiated and implemented numerous cost avoidance and reduction initiatives with values ranging from $1000 to close to one half a million.
