Process and Tool Engineer
• Successfully completed advanced scientific molding in RJG Scientific Molding Techniques. Close to 10 years of experience with statistically qualifying injection molds via Mini Tab. Experience with authoring DOE’s and analyzing/interpreting output data.
• Three years of manufacturing experience on the floor working in various engineering and supervisory roles.
• Supervised Launch Process Engineering Team, Process Technicians and Mold Changers.
• Initiated and implemented numerous cost avoidance and reduction initiatives with values ranging from $1000 to close to one half a million.
• Ex-Patriot for 1 year in Saltillo, Mexico. Part of new plant start-up team. Initiated engineering change system and established tool shop partnerships.

• Cost Auditor responsible for ensuring our tool shop supplier’s costs and tool lead times were in-line and competitive.
• Automotive Cost Defense Team responsible for defending our internal costs in Ford and Chrysler program audits.
• Authored and implemented leveraged quoting methods that consistently kept cost down for tooling. This system allows us to be more competitive in business pursuits and to maintain a higher profit margin after the product is handed off to manufacturing.
