* Performed extensive coordination of the camp housing and on-site facilities preparation programs to successfully welcome 1,000 new customers each week.
* Directly managed a staff of 12 with combined oversight for the full camp staff of 150 by using organizational, planning and personnel assignment skills.
* Direct liaison between the customers and the camp staff to effectively communicate daily with both adult and youth leaders to address any needs and concerns as well as exhibit positive role model behavior.
* Headed-up special projects to build pathways and upgrade 1,000 tent platforms resulting in improved camper customer satisfaction and an enhancement of the overall camp standard.
* Oversaw emergency situations by preparing the camp in less than 15 minutes to receive emergency vehicles while demonstrating the ability to keep the entire situation under control.
