Project Scheduler contract position with SPAWAR. Project objective is to relocate SPAWAR PNS operations to CHS interim facility (Base Relocation and Closure). Responsibilities include:

• Understand project objectives and create a project timeline to execute POA&M

• Facilitate planning session to include WBS, critical path, interim deliverables and team driven activities for tracking

Responsibilities included reviewing statement of work, assisted with the proposal process and creating and submitting a project plan action. Reviewed plans weekly and identified projects that were currently in jeopardy. Create reports for program owner which highlighted projects that were behind schedule and/or budget. In addition worked with managers to ensure plans were updated weekly.

In addition, keep track of new production facility equipment vendor plans to ensure complex building foundations are available for equipment arrival.
