quicker division of pricing alternates. Pre-plan with engineering and schedule

detail shop drawings. Work with field personnel to coordinate deliveries. Visit

contractors’ offices and job sites as needed.

Review contract documents, subcontractors’ proposals in order to complete a

full proposal to customers. Enhanced Excel pricing sheets and reviewed

annually with corporate to make estimating better. Project sizes from $40k to

$140 million. Reviewed all change orders with project managers to ensure

cost related changes to customer.
