Receptionist/Client Services Assistant & Accounting Assistant
Receptionist duties: Daily duties were to greet guests, maintain the front office, answer and screen multi-line phone, maintain a budget for office supplies and coordinate orders for the office, type general correspondence. I also handled all daily incoming and outgoing mail and packages, date stamping, organizing and distributing to the team.
Client Services duties: Daily duties were to download orders received from customers, reply to the customer, sort orders and calculate orders to maintain efficient printing runs. I would then data enter the orders into the Fire-Fly system, and prepare pre-invoices for billing. Calculate and document paper usage from pressmen. Calculate shipping charges and apply them to each order.
Accounting duties: Enter data and schedule invoices for payment. Record all entry changes to vendor accounts. Record all incoming invoice payments into an Excel spreadsheet, and coordinate bank deposits online. I corresponded with vendors daily regarding any invoice issues. Also performed various other duties.

Temporary Associate
I filled various temporary short term positions on short notice, such as Receptionist and Warehouse Associate. As such, duties were varied based on the assignment. As the Front Office Receptionist- it was my duty to greet each guest, answer multi line phones, make calls to customers, set appointment dates, file, organize, sort and distribute incoming mail, type correspondences, send outgoing mail, data entry and create various word documents and spreadsheets.

Parking Enforcement Trainer
Supervised a team of 7 members in the parking and towing departments. Trained/Retrained employees to ensure policies and procedures were being followed. Evaluated performances, recommended solutions and wrote reports. Interacted with citizens daily to assist with resolving vehicle violations. Communicated with the Public Works Department to ensure signs and marking were in compliance with city ordinances. Communicated with towing companies to schedule tow services. I was responsible to coordinate and document notices of intent to tow. I also served warrants and ordered vehicles to be towed when owners were unresponsive to notices. Part of my duties was to conduct investigations when we had “nuisance’ complaints. I would then be responsible to follow up with the resident with findings of the investigation.
