•Oversaw the execution of bond-funded, deadline-sensitive design and construction projects, including new school facilities and complex renovations to existing district buildings. Navigated complex bidding and permitting processes to ensure timely completion in sync with academic calendars. Composed and presented monthly reports for Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee. Managed multi-disciplinary project teams, project budgets and schedules, wrote and administered contracts and approved pay applications on simultaneous multi-million dollar projects while also engaging and reporting to the end-user.

•Achievements included the completion of a performing arts center at Webb Middle School, restroom renovation at historic Pease Elementary, and a COA 3-Star Green Building Program 8-classroom addition at Barrington Elementary School.

•Designed and detailed exposed structural steel and stainless steel screening elements, canopies, light standards and façade fenestration for the new $30 million Convention Center Parking Garage and Energy Plant in Austin.

•Prepared a complete building program and preliminary budget for an estimated $10 million new Emergency Operation Center in Austin for the Lower Colorado River Authority.

•Project Manager on a new $4.5 million Family Life Center for Riverbend Church in Austin, overseeing an in-house team of four persons. •Project Manager for the $30 million Trammell Crow Visitor Education Center at the Dallas Arboretum, overseeing an in-house team of five.
