Production supervisor

• I J.S.S.PRASAD Presently working as Production shift supervisor in Darquain Oil Development Project in Iran with Eni Agip. Looking after shift production activities both crude oil stabilization, storage and Associated Gas Dehydration and Compression, operating with 22 Oil production wells and 4 Gas injection wells.

• I worked for 1 year as Process Commissioning supervisor in Chevron Nigeria gas plant for LPG along with condensate and sales gas production. I involved in Pre- commissioning and commissioning activities of LPG plant and it’s utility units. Preparing Commissioning procedures, Performing system completion Walk downs for correct installations as per P&ID and N2 leak test for pipe lines, Commissioning of GTG.s and fuel gas skid. Hot oil and Gas heaters. Condensate stabilization and Turbo expander, De –Ethaniser, De Butanizer columns, Turbine driven Sales gas compressors

• I worked for 3 years with a Spanish company Repsol Oil Operations as Production Supervisor in crude oil Stabilization plant at El Sharara Oil fields, Libya, Producing 200,000 bbls/day of Stabilized crude oil dealing with 83 oil wells and 12 water source wells, water injection wells and gas compression station along with EPF (Early Production facility) for newly coming up oil fields.

• I worked for 1 year with an Italian company Eni Agip group, as a Process Field Supervisor in South Pars Gas Field Phase 4 & 5 situated at Assaluyeh in South of Iran. This plant has a capacity of 2000 mmscfd of gas processing facility to produce Ethane, Propane, and Butane along with Sales gas supplying to Iranian gas grid.

• I worked for 6 years in Qatar Petroleum, State of Qatar in Gas Recycling plant as Panel operator, senior operator, which produces NGL, Condensate. Residual Gas compression and injection in to Reservoir. The source of the Gas from 21 on shore gas wells situated in Dukhan fields.

• I worked 12 years as Production Operator, Senior Operator and Control Room Supervisor in Kammam chemical Refinery in India have got total 24 years of experience out of which 10 years in Oil and gas, Gas processing plants in abroad and 12 years in chemical process plants in India.
