It will provide a significant improvement in efficiency in tracking accountability and carrying out financial transactions at main and field sites. The application uses Personal Oracle 8i as the database and Forms as the GUI interface to carryout the transactions along with Reports for presenting data.

Created process flow diagrams using Designer (6.0) and technical designs that were formally presented to the functional staff for their approval in a CDR (Comprehensive Design Review).

 Participated in peer reviews for the assigned sub-system of the application to enhance, optimize and improve the functionality of various parts of the application. Helped in devising the technical design for the Interface and Sysadmin sub-systems.

 During the development phase created PL/SQL packages, PLLs (PL/SQL Libraries), olbs (object libraries), server & client side procedures, packages and functions for the assigned SCRs. Developed a module (object group), accounting line component that was used for various collection/disbursing operations.  Developed Oracle packages, procedures and functions for loading legacy data in non-standard staging tables. Oracle utility UTL file, arrays were also used to complete the job. Finalized the server model (adding constraints, primary keys, unique keys, foreign keys, indexes, sequences, triggers, table-API, synonyms, roles, grants, table space assignment). Generated all the above objects into the development database. Performed unit testing and resolved TDRs (Technical Deficiencies Reports) during all the stages of Testing SIT (System Integration Test), FVT (Functional Validation Test), EIT (Enterprise Integration Test), SAT (Software Acceptance Test).
