Recommend corrective action implementation plan and create metrics for follow up.

Negotiated land and building contracts and implemented construction industry systems achieving efficiencies to create substantial returns for the shareholders of the closely held company. We were able to turn substantially the same revenue base from a 6% loss to 10% earnings in the first year.
Rental Service Corporation (NYSE: RRR) – Irvine, CA & Scottsdale, AZ 1995-1996
Corporate Controller
National equipment rental operation with 75+ separate entities nationwide with a roll up strategy.
Recruited and lead a team of finance & accounting professionals to move HQ of RSC from CA to AZ.
Completed a $88MM IPO in 1996 on NASDAQ.
Reduced $100MM senior debt to $30MM through Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
