1) 1500 TPD plant by FLS.

2) 3500 TPD plant by KHD.

Mills for 3500 TPD:

1) One Vertical Raw Mill of 250 Tons by Gpeiffer.

2) One Vertical Coal Mill of 40 Tons by Alstom.

3) One Ball Mill of 150 TPH for Cement Grinding (OPC) by KHD.

4) Automation is by FLS.

Mills for 1500 TPD:

1) Two Ball Mills for Raw Material Grinding of 50 Tons by FLS.

2) One Ball Mill for Coal Grinding of 30 Tons by FLS.

3) One Vertical Mill for Cement Grinding of 125 tons by Gpeiffer.

4) Automation is by Siemens.

Responsibilities:

1) Participated in Commissioning of Mills, Kiln and Cooler and maintained respective documentation details.

2) Process measurement points ( At all respective areas ) and Heat balance over the complete circuit.

3) Co-ordinating automation functions with FLS team .

4) Co-Ordination of and participation in Commissioning and all start up activities.

5) Conversant with prudent practices in all sections.

6) Handled all sections of refractory lining ( Preheater lining, Cooler lining, Kiln lining etc.)

2) Working as a Process Engineer in Yanbu Cement Company (23,000 TPD ) under ACC Limited , Saudi Arabia from June 2009 .

About Yanbu Cement Plant: Total Production of 23000 Tons per Day of 5 units

1) 3 Units of 1500 TPD by KHD.

2) 1 Unit of 8500 TPD by KHD.

3) 1 Unit of 10,000 TPD by Sinoma (New Project).

4) Automation is by ABB.

Mills for 8500 TPD:

1) Two Ball Mills for Raw Material Grinding of 325 Tons by KHD.

2) Three Ball Mills for Cement Grinding ( OPC & PPC ) of 190 Tons by KHD.

3) Automation is by ABB.

Mills for each 1500 TPD of 3 Units:

1) Two Ball Mills for Raw Material Grinding of 150 TPH by KHD.

2) Three Ball Mills for Cement Grinding ( OPC & PPC ) of 90 TPH by KHD.

3) Automation is by KHD.

Responsibilities: ( In 8500 TPD Plant by Humboldt )

1) Incharge of operation and troubleshooting Process problems.

2) Process Optimization of Processes related to Pyroprocessing.

3) Good Knowledge about the quality parameters and fairly good in MS word, MS excel, MS Power point Presentations.

4) Co-Ordinating with other departments for the smooth running of the plant.

5) Managing Refractory works and Lining during stoppages & preparing Heatup Charts.
