The basic of energy is Sun; solar energy is received on earth surface mainly through process of radiation. When solar radiations falls on a surface it is partially absorbs refracted and some portions reflected back. If the source of body is black, it absorbs almost all the radiations. The solar heat produced is directly proportional to the area of surface exposed to receive the radiations.

I have used this principle in making a apparatus to use the energy of the sun in evaporating the water and then by condensation in getting distilled water. In 7th sem
