Director of Community Organizing & Employment/Recruiter

Lead strategic planning processes, formulate vision and strategic directions, initiate growth strategies, develop initiatives, provide strategic guidance on operations, direct capital creation efforts, and transformed the Urban League’s role in the Community.

• Provided supportive advocacy measures and empirical analysis on social issues by organizing annual events and representing 1200 members of the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis’ community based programs.

• Created experiential incentive activities by establishing strategic partnerships in yielding results that assisted over 100 residents per year in obtaining sustainable employment at a time when unemployment rates reached double digits in St. Louis.
