Supported three program clients in tracking the manufacturing and delivery of aircraft; Swiss Air, Air Italia, and the China “kit” program. To facilitate the delivery and assembly of the semi-assembled MD-80’s for the Chinese, Mr. Cowen was tasked with the development and presentation of a training program for project controls.
