Shift Manager
Supervised employees in a fast pace operation of the warehouse. The employees included: leads, production laborers, billing clerks, and contract labor (KANN Enterprises & American Staffing laborers). Carefully analyze and eradicate ethical and unethical personnel issues such as: attendance, safety requirements, and reports of employee efficiency and unit movement. Systematically supervise the receiving & shipping of tires (loading and unloading performed by KANN laborers). Scheduling inventory to be returned; ensuring the procession is correct and tactful. Management of inventory restrictions that ensure quality freight will be received by loyal customers and distributors. Communicate with carriers to solve issues concerning time, quantity, and quality of deliveries that are beneficial to customers.

This position also involves the ability to interact with other production department, engineering, maintenance and employees. Night Receiving/ Support Team Manager
Organized and directed the efforts of eight individuals in the following tasks: load and unload trucks in a timely and precise manner; maintained the receiving stockroom in a clean and orderly fashion; ensured that incoming merchandise was transported to sales floor; ensured the rotation of merchandise remaining in stockroom. Stocker - participated in stocking shelves on the sales floor and aided in merchandising to prepare departments for store opening each day. Claims Disposition Clerk - prepared returned and damaged merchandise to be sent back to vendors. Sales Clerk - rotated and filled stock for the sales floor and assisted customers with their purchases.
