• Basic pharmacokinetic experiment skills including in vivo of blood, urine, bile acid and other biofluid sample collection and in vitro of inhibition and induction experiment based on the microsome and hepatocyte

• Use of equipments such as Waters UPLC-UV, Agilent 1100/1200 series HPLC-UV, Agilent 6410 Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer, Bruker HCT Ion Trap Mass Spectrometer

• Animal model skills, such as rat, mice, rabbit, toad, dog

• Basic molecular biology skills, such as western blot, real-time PCR, plasmid construction

• Cell culture skill

• Having a general knowledge of internet and making full use of the internet for academic studies and research
