I travelled throughout the summer with Camp 31 as we competed across Ontario at various Ribfests. This job required many different tasks to be completed. I prepared and served lemonade, handled cash at both the lemonade stand and restaurant, serve food, assisted team members, assembled tents, cleaned dishes, prepared take-out containers, loaded transport trucks, assembled eating areas, assembled display tables, assisted in the packing and unloading at each venue, trained new staff members, worked as a team member and gained some valuable friendships over the long 12 hour days.
