Directed HR functions, including recruiting, hiring practices, compensation, employee relations, succession, talent management, employee retention, diversity, organization, individual and culture development, training and change management. Migrated Louisiana and Texas to automated Human Resources Platform (PeopleSoft). Built a raised floor data and call center, built a paperless mortgage loan origination system and upgraded all mortgage application development job families to support these new back end processes. Implemented IT in sourcing plan for application development and infrastructure and National ramp up/in sourcing plan generating 1,100 jobs and realizing $17 million in savings.
