Manage and perform required monitoring [overdrafts, past dues, and credit polity exceptions] of portfolio of commercial credit relationship and ensure that portfolio is in compliance with the Bank’s lending policies and procedures; Work with related departments within the organization in the preparation and review of legal documents required to fund/renewal credit facilities.

Supervised and trained twelve Analyst, discussed employee’s progress/issues with Credit Manager, assisted in the preparation of performance evaluations, and supervised in its entirely the Credit Analysis Department in the absence of the Credit Analysis Manager.

Assigned and reviewed loans greater than $250M to ensure loans were structured within the banks policy and repayment was calculated accurately by Analyst.

Attended Loan Committee [Secretary] and prepared minutes and approval of loans exceeding $1MM.
