Screen potential clients for program eligibility in compliance with federal WIC guidelines. Participate in yearly state compliance investigation surveys. Investigate all vendor, client complaints. Plan, implement and provide nutrition education and or counseling to clientele base in an individual and group format. Utilize state database system for the purposes of data transfer, generation of reports, issuance of program benefits, clinic appointment setting.
